Steak & Watermelon Salad


1 small steak per person
cut watermelon
1lb asparagus
bleu cheeses crumbles
mixed green salad
Ken's Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Step 1:

Cook steak to your liking and steam asparagus

Step 2:

Plate salad, topping with steak cut into cubes, watermelon, asparagus, and bleu cheese. Lightly top with salad dressing. Enjoy!

This is a salad we had a restaurant many years ago in the summer and they never brought it back, so we started making it at home. It's always a big hit.
